Warranty, Return and Cancellation Policy

Section 1 - Warranty/Exchange/Return/Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason HIGH5 offers a 7 day money back guarantee starting from the day you receive the product(s), only if the product(s) have not been used. If you wish to return the unused product(s) please note the shipping cost for the order and return shipping will not be reimbursed and there will be a 15% restocking fee.

  • To cancel your order please contact us within 8 hours of placing the order. Please note if we are not contacted within 8 hours of the order being placed and the payment is processed then there is a 1% credit card processing fee that will not be refunded. 
  • If your product stops functioning properly and is covered by the warranty please follow the instructions in section 2. Please see section 3 for details on the warranty for each HIGH5 product. 
  • If you ordered the wrong nail/coil size/etc... and would like to exchange for the correct product(s) please follow the instructions in section 2. 

 

Section 2 - How to Start Warranty/Exchange/Return Process

To begin the process, complete the information below and email it to info@highfivevape.com or copy and paste the information into our Online Contact Form.

Once the email is received we will provide you with the return shipping address. Product(s) will need to be returned at the expense of the buyer via USPS, UPS or Fedex with tracking(we are not liable/responsible if the package is damaged or lost during transit). Once you have shipped back the returned product(s) please also remember to provide us with the tracking number. When repackaging the returned product please use packing material that is sufficient to prevent further damage (e.g. popcorn and bubble wrap). Please include in the box a piece of paper with the following written on it RMA#____(Your Order#). Upon receipt of the product(s), HIGH5’s quality control staff will inspect the product(s). All returned products must be complete with all components and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will be refused. All returns for refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you ordered the wrong product(coil size, nail size, etc...) then please follow the same instructions as above, once the returned product is received the correct product will be shipped out. All product exchanges are subject to a $5.00 exchange fee. 

 

Section 3 - Warranty

E-NAILS

1 year warranty on all HIGH5 E-nail controllers. This includes the E-nail Box/Controller and Power Cord. This includes all E-nail Models. If your coil dies within 1 year of receiving it we offer one replacement coil free of charge. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects/failure of electronics, it does not cover any forms of accidental damage, theft, misuse or neglect such as:

  • Opening the E-nail box/encasing
  • Setting the temperature above 1200ºF
  • Not reading the user manual before use
  • Using coils or power cords from other E-nail brands
  • Any customization/modifications to the unit internally/externally
  • Dropping, throwing or any other forms of physical damage
  • Exposing the unit or its electrical components to any liquids/gels/moisture

 

COILS/HEATERS

1 Year Warranty on All Standard HIGH5 Coils/Heaters. This includes all coil sizes. If your coil dies within 1 year of receiving it we offer one replacement coil free of charge. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects/failure of electronics, it does not cover any forms of accidental damage, theft, misuse or neglect such as:

  • Manually enlarging the coil to fit a nail
  • Exposing the coil to liquids/gel/moisture
  • Using the coil with E-nails from other brands
  • Modifying the coil in anyway such as bending the rod
  • Dropping, throwing or any other forms of physical damage
  • Overheating by using the coil at temperatures above 1200ºF

 

ROSIN PRESSES

1 Year Warranty on All HIGH5 Rosin Presses. This includes all Rosin Press models(Electric & Manual). The warranty only covers manufacturing defects/failure of electronics, it does not cover any forms of accidental damage, theft, misuse, or neglect such as:

  • Opening the Temperature Control Box
  • Setting the temperature above 1200ºF 
  • Not reading the user manual before use 
  • Using coils or cartridge heaters from other brands
  • Any customization/modifications to the unit internally/externally
  • Dropping, throwing or any other forms of physical damage
  • Exposing the unit or its electrical components to any liquids/gels/moisture
  • Not Mounting the Press Properly Causing the Body to Morph
  • Using a different handle not included with the unit or cheater bar to increase pressure

 

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS

Items that do not fall under the above categories ( E-nails - Coils - Rosin Presses) such as Titanium/Quartz/Ceramic Nails, Glass Rigs and any other accessories are not covered under any type of warranty. There is no warranty on ANY Nail/Glass Rigs/Accessories. These products are non-exchangeable/non-refundable if used, we will not accept USED coils, nails, glass rigs or any other accessories under any circumstances. If you believe you received a defective Titanium/Quartz/Ceramic Nail, Glass Rig or any other type of accessory please contact us before using it. You will be required to show proof of purchase and proof of the defect so please keep your original receipt/order confirmation email it will be required when processing warranty service/exchanges/returns/refunds.
